Changes to my study programme
well, talk about this is a little strange for me because before arriving at the university of Chile I was at the University Diego Portales in visual arts too, both universities have good and bad things in its programs. The university Diego Portales was very contemporary in its methodology and that was very interesting and fun, but there weren't very important things like history of art courses and drawing classes there were but only for a one year. I think this university is good but I think too knowing how to draw for to be artist is very basic, and I think the history is very important for understand how we got to the art of today. If this university had history, more drawing, and more paint classes would be perfect for me. The university of Chile is the opposite, have a lot of history, and have classes of drawing during all years of study, I think this is very good but the first year of teaching are very classical, so the students grow up with a lot of fear of making mistakes, ...
